I used Michael's Moving and Storage about 2 weeks ago to move from my previous residence to a bigger one. I really liked the price that they quoted me and how friendly they were over the phone. They were very careful with all of my belongings, including some pretty heavy and expensive DJ equipment that I have. They moved all the boxes and furniture into its place without so much as leaving a scuff on our new wood floors. Top notch job by their movers. Their prices are good, their customer service is the best, and they are really good at what they do. I would go with this moving company if you are looking.
Secondly, It has been more than 20 days now and when I contact the customer service(what they call), no one can give exact information and whenever I call them, they say that it would be another week. Absolutely ridiculous.
I couldn’t of gotten luckier with Michaels Moving and Storage! Professional and accommodating company that went above and beyond the call of duty for my move. I would recommend them to anyone!
This is the worst moving service that I've come across and experienced. First of all I was given a wrong quote and when the person came in to take the stuff, they added another $1000! I had to go through that because I had no other option and it was a deadlock.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I tried chatting with them about my stuff and the person over phone(Stan) and the person whom I had a chat(Freddy) with give me WRONG & COMPLETELY DIFFERENT INFO and say they cannot help as it is past business hours.
I have employed Michael's Movers twice in the last couple years. These people are not only strong, efficient and incredible when it comes to putting things in storage, but they are also really nice and understanding of someone acting a tiny bit uptight - like for instance me, who needed things to be put together just so... They are a truly fine crew, and I hugged them when they finished bc I was so happy to have my piano out of storage and they were so careful about everything. Thank you Michael's Movers!
Very satisfied with this move. Michael's offered a much better price than my previous movers. Moved a studio apartment from Boston to South Florida. Movers on both ends were very professional and very fast. All my furniture arrived without a scratch. Would 100% recommend Michaels.
